Executive Chef Richard Roberts has more than 19 years experience in the culinary arts.  He received his training at the Culinary Institute of America in New York City, the only residential college devoted entirely to culinary education  

 

He continued his education with advanced training at the world renowned Culinary School of the Arts in Lucerne, Switzerland.  This institute is dedicated to quality education based on European standards as set by Star rating agencies such as Michelin and Gault-Millau.

 

To his credit, Chef Richard has held many esteemed positions including most recently, Executive Chef of Café Chardonnay, one of Palm Beach’s 4-Star rated restaurants; as well as Manager of the 4-Star, 5-Diamond private fine dining restaurants at PGA resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

 

Chef Richard is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and is known throughout his industry as a premiere chef dedicated to inventive, quality food, impeccable service, with fine attention to detail.
